Description

Dragon House is a 17th to 18th century house located on the south side of Peterborough Road in Castor. It is constructed of coursed stone rubble and features a thatched roof with gabled ends that have stone coping. The house has rendered end and ridge stacks with cornices. Its L-shaped plan includes a gabled cross wing from the 18th century on the left side. The building has one storey with an attic and a two-storey wing. The windows are casements with glazing bars, and there is a sash window in the gable end of the wing. A modern porch is situated in the angle of the building.
