Description

No. 1 Swaden is an 18th-century building that was extended in the 19th century. It features whitewashed roughcast walls and stands two storeys tall under a concrete tile roof. The façade includes two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars and a six-panel door, which is framed by an open pediment doorcase supported by brackets. The right-hand gable end has been extended in brick and features a two-storey canted bay window. A central chimney stack is present on the roof.
