Description

The Axe and Compasses Public House is an 18th-century building located on Leighton Road in Heath and Reach. It features a roughcast exterior and stands two storeys high, topped with an old clay tile roof. The facade includes three sash windows along with three dummy windows, and on the ground floor, there are two bay windows from the 19th century. The building also has one door hood from the 18th century and another from the 19th century, both supported by cut brackets.
