Description

This is a large 17th-century manor house with a cross wing, situated adjacent to and parallel with the road. The main wing has colour-washed roughcast over a timber frame and brick, with an old clay tile roof. It features a central back-to-back fireplace with a front door directly opposite. The ground floor frame of the main wing has been replaced with brick, and it contains four casement windows with modern leaded lights. The cross wing is constructed of brick, characterized by a first-floor band and raised window surrounds.
