Brook House and Brook Side are a pair of 17th century cottages located on the south-west side of Watling Street in Hockliffe. The cottages feature a colourwashed brick ground floor and a pebbledash first floor, standing two storeys tall beneath a clay tile roof. Each cottage has three casement windows.
