Description
This is a row of 45 properties, numbered 1 to 45, on the odd-numbered side of Dame Alice Street and extending to Harper Street. The buildings date to 1801 and 1806 and are built in a Neo-Tudor style. They are constructed of red brick with brick coped gables and brick chimney stacks featuring four shafts, linked by moulded bases and caps. The facades feature two-light lattice casement windows beneath drip-moulds, and stepped drip-moulds above arched doorways. The buildings at numbers 49, 49A, 51, and 51A Harper Street are also included in this listing.
