Description

The Old Police Station is a 16th-century building constructed with a timber frame and plaster, resting on stone foundations. It is a single storey with attics and features modern two- to three-light leaded wood casements. There is a concealed doorcase and both side and central stone stacks. The building is topped with a thatched roof. The Old Police Station is part of a charming group of listed buildings on Hill Lane, along with Price's Cottage, which together create a picturesque setting on the hillside.
