Description

Norchard House is an 18th-century building located on Norchard Lane in Peopleton. It is two storeys high, featuring lower two-storey wings. The central block has five windows set within moulded architraves. A stuccoed Roman Doric porch with a fanlight enhances the entrance, and there is a band course at the first floor level. Each wing contains one window that has a keystone. The house is adorned with a moulded plaster eaves cornice and has a hipped roof covered with machine-made tiles.
