Home Farmhouse is an 18th-century building constructed of red brick. It is two stories tall and features three widely spaced casement windows. The entrance has a modern door, and the roof is new, made of tiles with both gable and hipped ends. The structure includes elements from the 17th century, with a timber frame that has been painted in brick.
