Description
Avonside Poultry Farm is a 17th to 18th century cottage range that has been converted into a single dwelling. It is a single storey building with an attic, constructed from both stone and brick. The property features two and three-light stone mullion windows and has four gabled dormers. The rear entrance front has been altered, and the roof is tiled with gabled ends. The building has group value with other nearby structures.
