The barn at Balsall Cottage Farm, dating from the 17th or 18th century, features a timber frame with red brick nogging and some areas rebuilt in red brick. It has a half hipped roof covered with old tiles. The barn is part of a group that includes Balsall Cottage Farmhouse and contributes to the historical context of the area.
