Description

No. 94 on Woodway Lane is a 19th-century alteration of an earlier timber-framed house that dates back to the 16th or 17th century. Inside, the framework is exposed, featuring stop-chamfered beams and joists, along with collar beams supporting the roof truss. The exterior is made of colourwashed brick and topped with a Welsh slated roof. The building has two storeys and a corbelled brick cornice. There are two flush casement windows with glazing bars.
