Description

No. 303 Icknield Street is a building from 1883, designed by Martin and Chamberlain as the master's house for the Icknield Street School. It is constructed of brick and terracotta with a tiled roof. The ground floor features a slightly off-centre door and two windows, with the left window being narrower than the right. The first floor has two windows positioned beneath a central gable that displays a floral design. All windows are sash style, with glazing bars only in the upper sashes and segmental heads on the ground floor.
