Description
The building is a vicarage located on Green Lane, dating from around 1830 to 1850. It is a two-storey detached villa constructed of stucco, featuring a three-bay front and a recessed wing. The structure has a plinth and sill bands on both floors, with deep flat eaves supported by shallow flat brackets, all beneath a low-pitched hipped slate roof. Tall stucco chimney stacks are positioned on the ridge.
The windows are revealed glazing bar sashes, and there are two canted wooden bay windows added to the ground floor around 1860, each with entablatures. A notable feature is the geometric trellis open work porch at the center, which also has deep flat eaves. The doorway includes panelled reveals and soffit, a six-panel door, and an arched fanlight with glazing arranged in a pattern of three radiating leaves.
