Description
The entrance forecourt wall, located approximately 18 metres east of Wroxall Abbey Hotel, was built around 1866 by Walter Scott of Liverpool for James Dugdale. It is constructed of stone ashlar and features pierced quatrefoils in the balustrade along with moulded stone coping. This wall is part of three sections that make up the entrance forecourt, with this being the eastern portion. It is included for its group value.
