Description

This is a range of late 17th or early 18th century terraced townhouses on Bridge Street. They are constructed of red brick, with number 18 having a whitewashed facade, and have an old tile roof with four gabled dormers. The buildings are two storeys and attics, with decorative bands marking the first and second floor ceiling level, and a corbelled cornice. The first floor has four flush casement windows with cambered relieving arches, each with three lights and some original glazing bars. There are 19th-century gabled door hoods. Numbers 8 to 24 on the same side of the street form a group.
