Description

16 and 17 School Lane are early 17th century buildings, possibly incorporating earlier structures. They feature a timber framework with color-washed brickwork, while the north end and side are made of ashlar and rubble. The buildings have an old tiled roof with a projecting gable on the left. They stand two stories high and have two flush casements on the upper floor and one on the ground floor, which is adorned with cambered relieving arches.
