No. 10 Chapel Street is an early to mid 19th century building constructed with stucco and covered with Welsh slates. It stands two storeys high and features two sash windows with glazing bars set in reveals. On the left side, there is a six-panel door topped by an oblong fanlight that has ornamental glazing bars. This property, along with Nos. 14 and 16, forms a cohesive group.
