Description

The George Inn is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of The Green in Bilton. It is constructed of stucco with a Welsh slate roof and stands three storeys tall. The façade features three sash windows with glazing bars, each set beneath rusticated lintels and keyblocks. The building has rusticated quoins and a central door that is six fielded panels with an oblong fanlight in its surround. There are two-storey wings with one window on either side, with the right wing being recessed.
