Description
The boundary wall of the churchyard of St. John the Baptist is a structure from the 17th century, with some parts rebuilt in the 19th century. It is made of coursed and squared sandstone and encloses the north, south, and east sides of the churchyard. The 17th-century sections feature a chamfered plinth and a rounded or pitched coping. Much of the east side has been rebuilt in the 19th century, and a section on the north side has been replaced with brick. On the south side, there are drainage loops and a blocked gateway towards the west end. This wall is included for its group value.
