Description

The cross shaft remains, located approximately 10 yards south-west of the south aisle of the Church of St. Michael and All Angels, are likely from the 14th century. Made of sandstone, the shaft measures about 3 feet in length and has an octagonal section. It is heavily eroded and may have been part of the churchyard cross.
