Description

The garden walls immediately south-east of Hamstall Hall date from the 17th century. They are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and feature a toothed band below a brick coping. These walls enclose a large rectangular garden. In the north-west corner, there is a Tudor-arch doorway with a stone surround that provides access to the main courtyard of Hamstall Hall. Another doorway leads into the adjacent grounds of St. Michael's Church.
