Description

This is a garden wall dating from the early 18th century, located adjacent to The Well House and The Elephant and Castle Hotel on the south-east side. The wall is constructed from red brick and features a dressed red sandstone plinth and carved grey sandstone coping. It measures approximately 26 metres in length and 2 metres in height. The wall is included in the listing for its group value with the nearby buildings.
