Description

This ha-ha, located approximately 60 metres southeast of Attingham Park, dates from around 1798. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish garden wall bond and features red sandstone coping. The structure is approximately 200 metres long and curves towards the northwest, standing about one metre high. The ha-ha was likely part of the estate improvements initiated by Humphry Repton around the same time.
