Description

The Bourton War Memorial is a First World War memorial that was unveiled in 1921. It is located in the churchyard, to the north of the Church of the Holy Trinity, which is a Grade II* listed building. The memorial features a plain stone Latin cross set on a low square plinth and an octagonal base. A carved stone wreath is positioned against the front (north-west) face of the cross, and the main inscription on the plinth reads: IN HONOURED MEMORY 1914-1919.
