Description

This is a dovecote located approximately 40 meters east of Loppington Hall, built in the early 18th century with later alterations. It is constructed of red brick resting on a chamfered sandstone plinth and features a pyramidal slate roof. The dovecote has a square plan and consists of two levels, with a floor band separating them. There is a segmental-headed window on the first floor, and the ground floor has an altered entrance. At the top, there is a square open lantern capped with a pyramidal roof and a pointed finial.
