The façade features two 19th-century sash windows with single glazing bars and two modern brick gabled dormers. The building has dentilled eaves and is topped with old tiles. On the left-hand side, there is a 19th-century moulded wood pilaster doorcase. The ground floor has a modern shop front. This building is included for its group value, as it forms part of a group with Nos 1 to 8 Waterloo Terrace.
