Description

Acton Round Hall is a Grade I listed building, originally constructed as a dower house for Aldenham. This fine Queen Anne house is likely the work of Francis Smith of Warwick. It is built of red brick and features two storeys with cellar lights. The façade includes seven sash windows and four rusticated flat stone pilasters. The steep hipped roof is slated, with modillion eaves and three pedimented dormers. The central glazed door is adorned with an arched entablature. The rear elevation is similar to the front but includes a central pediment.
