Description

The Marsh is a building dating from around the 1600s, constructed of stone rubble with stone dressings. A large part of the original house is now used as a barn. It has two storeys plus an attic. The facade features a plain round-headed doorway with a keyblock, flanked by a two-light mullioned window on each side. Above, there is a three-light mullioned window, which is also repeated in the plain gable. The side elevation includes three two-light mullioned windows. Additionally, there is a plain gabled wing at right angles to the main structure, along with brick stacks, old tiles, and stone quoins.
