Description

These are a pair of buildings, numbers 36 and 38, on Mill Street in Bridgnorth's Low Town. The original construction dates to the 17th and 18th centuries. They are built with colourwashed sandstone, with areas patched using painted brick – number 36 is largely brick. The windows comprise two 19th-century sash windows with single glazing bars, and two more modern casement windows. There are three simple doorways. The roof features one gabled dormer window and five hipped dormers, covered with old tiles. The buildings form a group with numbers 33, 35 to 43 on the same side of the street.
