Description
The former conservatory, now a seminar room, is located approximately 50 metres east of Hawkstone Hall. It was built between 1832 and 1834 by Lewis Wyatt and has undergone 20th-century alterations. The structure is made of grey sandstone ashlar, with the original glazing replaced by cement-rendered panels. It features a hipped slate roof and measures seven by five bays, with pilasters that support a frieze and a moulded cornice. A central cowl is present on the roof, and there are 20th-century segmental-headed windows. This conservatory was part of the alterations and additions made to Hawkstone Hall by Lewis Wyatt.
