Description
Lodge Farm House is a late 18th century building with earlier elements likely dating back to the 17th century. It is constructed of painted brick with stone dressings and stands two storeys plus an attic. The front features three gables, two of which are coped and stepped, while the left gable leads to a later bay that is plain and coped. There are three later casement windows, each set in plain stone surrounds with cambered heads and keyblocks. The upper windows have semi-circular heads and small keyblocks, all rising from a moulded stone cornice. The entrance is marked by a moulded wood pilaster doorcase topped with a shallow pediment and a plain rectangular fanlight. The north-east side of the house has two stepped gables.
