Description
Knapp Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the 17th century or early 18th century, with an extension added in the early 20th century. It features a timber-frame construction with brick infill, a tiled roof, and brick stacks. The building consists of three bays and is two storeys high. There are four windows, which are 2-light casements from the 20th century, and the entrance is located in a glazed porch at the rear extension. Inside, the cross walls are made of timber-framing with raking struts connecting the collars to the principals. The large house to the east, previously known as Knapp Farmhouse, is now called Pixley House and is not included in this listing.
