The south elevation features two storeys and an attic, with three casement windows and two splayed bays on the ground floor. There is a door with a moulded case and a central gable. The roof is tiled, and the building has brick dentil eaves, along with a north wing. Underhill and its associated farm buildings to the southeast and north form a group.
