Description

Butterley Brook Cottages is a 17th century cottage that was derelict at the time of the survey. It features a timber frame with plaster and painted brick panels. The building is one storey high with an attic and has casement windows. The roof is tiled with gable ends, and there is a timber frame south-east wing. A large stone stack is located at one end of the cottage.
