Description

The Falcon Inn is a 17th-century L-shaped building with wings extending to the west and south, standing three storeys tall. The north side features timber framing with closely set studding on the ground and first floors, while the top floor has wider and thinner studding, accommodating six small casement windows. There are some diagonal struts present. The rear wing is a later addition made of brick and includes dentil blocks. Inside, the first-floor rooms on the north and west sides are said to have 16th-century panelling with a frieze of jewel ornaments. The Falcon Inn is part of a group that includes Nos 28, 29, and 31.
