Description

The Manor is a cottage dating from the early 17th century, with a later 17th century rear wing. It features a timber frame with painted brick or plastered infill panels and a plain tiled roof. There are stone rubble stacks with brick shafts on both the right-hand and left-hand gable walls. The building is single storey with an attic and has a 20th century framed single storey gabled porch added to the front. It has four 20th century casement windows and a gable dormer with a pair of casements that include bars. Inside, there is exposed framing, a stone inglenook fireplace with a chamfered timber bressumer, and some 17th century doors.
