Description
Little Daffaluke is a farmhouse that likely dates from the 16th and 17th centuries. It features a timber-frame structure with sandstone rubble and an asbestos slate roof, along with brick stacks. The building has a rectangular plan oriented west-south-west to east-north-east and consists of one storey and an attic.
On the south elevation, there are two windows: a 2-light late 19th-century casement in a gabled half-dormer on the left and a 4-light raking-top dormer on the right, which also has casements. The ground floor includes two 2-light casements situated beneath the raking-top dormer, along with an early 20th-century glazed porch to the left that contains a contemporary ledged entrance door. The north elevation displays exposed timber-framing with irregular panels that are roughly square in shape. The interior, which has not been inspected, was previously noted to have "some three crucks complete."
