Description
Number 130 and the adjoining range of outbuildings is a house and outbuildings located on Loughborough Road in Bradmore. The main house dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of red brick with a concrete pantile roof. It features two red brick gable stacks and dentil eaves. The house is two storeys high and has three bays, with a central doorway flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. Above, there are three similar sash windows, with the central one being smaller. All openings are set under segmental arches.
Attached to the left of the house is a range of red brick outbuildings with a single ridge red brick stack. The right outbuilding is from the mid 19th century, the central one is from the mid 18th century, and the one on the right dates to the late 18th century. At the rear of the house, there is a one and a half storey, two bay wing made of red brick and plain tiles from the 18th century, featuring a single red brick ridge stack and a brick-coped left gable with a kneeler.
