Description
This is a late 18th-century house located on Main Street in Balderton. It is constructed of painted brick with a pantile roof, featuring a single coped gable with kneelers and a stack, plus a single ridge stack. The house is two storeys high with a garret. It has three bays, with a first-floor band and dentilled eaves. A central doorway has a wooden moulded surround with a flat hood supported on brackets. Either side of the doorway are single 19th-century bow windows. Above the windows are three glazing bar sashes set within segmental arches.
