Description
Numbers 1 to 11 and 12 Exeter Court comprise a block of six cottages of two storeys in a single range, built of stone. The buildings date probably from the late 17th century and form a group with number 26 St Peter’s Street. They have a Mansard roof and one dormer window each. The windows originally had wooden frames and leaded lattices, of which one remains. Ground floor windows have external shutters. The street front features a hipped gable and a two-story stone bay with four-light windows to both storeys. A plain-framed doorway is distinguished by a rusticated keystone. The opposite side of the court has been demolished, creating an open space in front of the remaining cottages. Numbers 7 to 11 (consec.) form a group.
