Description

68 and 69 High Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is rendered. It features a boxed eaves cornice supported by paired carved brackets and has block rusticated quoins. The façade includes four windows, which are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, moulded frames, and keystones. A band continues along the cills. There are also two modern shop windows. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 53 to 59, Nos 61 to 65, and Nos 68 to 73 on High Street.
