Description

The Forge is an early 19th-century building that served as a forge. It is constructed of painted brick and features a pantile roof with a single ridge stack. The building is single storey with a seven-bay front and has a dentillated eaves course. The central entrance consists of a planked door, with a sliding glazing bar sash window to the left, planked double doors, and another window. To the right, there are two fixed lights with glazing bars and a plain light. The openings are topped with segmental brick heads. This building is included in the register for its group value only.
