Description
High Toft Farmhouse is a farmhouse that has been converted into two houses. It dates from the early 18th century and was altered in the 19th century. The building is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a pantile roof with brick coped gables and kneelers. It has two brick gable stacks and is designed in a T-plan. The structure is two storeys high with a five-bay front that includes a first-floor band and brick dentillated eaves. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door with a bordered overlight set in a fluted surround with circles at the corners, flanked by pairs of plain sash windows. On the first floor, there are four similar window openings, with a blocked opening to the left. All the windows have brick segmental heads.
