Description

Ratcliffe Bridge is an 18th-century bridge located in Witherley. It is constructed of red brick and features stone cutwaters, a parapet band, and coping. The bridge has three segmental arches, with the center arch being larger than the others, allowing Ratcliffe Lane to cross over the River Spence. The cutwaters are triangular in shape, and the parapet is plain. The other half of Ratcliffe Bridge is listed under Sheepy civil parish.
