Description

The bridge over the lake at Wistow Hall is a Grade II listed structure, likely built around 1815. It is constructed of red brick with stone coping and features a single segmental depressed arch. The brick parapet includes a central section with small open arches that have semicircular heads, flanked by blank recessed sections on either side. The bridge is supported by octagonal end piers, all topped with stone coping. It carries a road over the overflow stream from Wistow Hall lake, which was also created around 1815.
