Description
Eaves Knoll Farmhouse and the attached farm building have origins dating back to the 17th century, with later alterations. This double pile farmhouse is two storeys high and constructed from coursed stone. The front elevation features a gable with coped gable ends and kneelers. The projecting upper storey is rendered, and the roof is covered with stone slates. There is one window with a stone lintel and modern glazing above the door, which is set in a roughly rusticated chamfered surround. A small blocked chamfered light is located to the side of the gable. Additionally, there is one window over one, with stone lintels and modern glazing on the front elevation to the side. The rear windows are in chamfered stone surrounds. A 19th-century door and porch are situated on the side. The attached farm building, also made of coursed stone and topped with a Welsh slate roof, includes a cart entry and a blocked entry.
