Description

The east range of farm buildings at Chevin House Farm dates from the mid-19th century and is constructed of coursed stone. This two-storey structure was originally used as stables with a loft above. The south end of the building still features its original stalls, which are separated by cast iron partitions topped with ball finials. The farmyard is paved with stone setts. Chevin House Farm was originally established as a stud farm.
