Description
Nos 50 and 52 High Street East is a house, now divided into two dwellings, dated 1616 on the gable of the cross-wing. It is constructed of ashlar and coursed rubble with a plain tile roof, featuring coped gables on decorative kneelers, and stone ridge and east end stacks. There are brick lateral stacks to the west. The gable end of the cross-wing includes a 2-light window with overlights on the ground floor, a 3-light ovolo-moulded stone-mullioned window on the first floor, and a similar 2-light window in the gable.
