Description

The range of farm buildings at Hall Farm dates from the early 19th century, or possibly earlier. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a pantiled roof. The buildings form an L-shape, with one barn running north to south, which has large double doors and ventilation slits. The long east-west range includes a row of stables and a coach house, which has a large door with a cambered head and a hayloft above. To the right is a byre, and beyond this, the easternmost three bays comprise a cottage that has flat-headed casement windows, angle quoins, and large stepped stones in the gable. The date stone is now illegible, and there are two stacks. All these structures are covered by a single roof.
